Join Sundis and actively contribute to our success as a Senior Key Account Manager. You will play a crucial role in developing our portfolio of key accounts, ensuring outstanding performance and lasting customer satisfaction.
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Customer relationship management: Develop strong relationships with our key customer accounts to ensure their loyalty and maximize business opportunities. You will be their privileged contact, responding to all their expectations while providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Prospecting: Identify and canvass new prospects to expand our customer base. Your objective will be to acquire complementary strategic accounts in order to extend Sundis' presence in various target markets.
Customer follow-up : Ensure regular follow-up of existing contracts, monitor the proper execution of commitments and efficiently manage renewals. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of satisfaction through proactive and personalized communication.
Sales development: Design and implement innovative sales strategies to optimize sales growth with our DIY, supermarket and food retail customers.
Analysis and reporting: Carry out regular analyses of sales performance by account, segment or market. Provide accurate reports to internal teams in order to adjust sales actions according to the results obtained.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and deploy an effective sales strategy
- Strong analytical skills to quickly identify sales opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant technologies to optimize sales processes
- Ability to work independently while integrating seamlessly into a team
- In-depth knowledge of the DIY sector, GMS or GSA
Fluency in English is a plus.
